We've been asked to take down the Destroy toon by Tim who is apparently Ladytron's manager. For some reason the free publicity, plugging of the Ladytron site and their video isn't something he thinks is a good thing. By our figures the Destroy Everything You Touch video got at least 100,000 extra views thanks to our linking.

So it's gone. I still like the band and I hope everyone who found out about them through us will too. Just a shame we can't do a tribute for them when I really love their stuff.

Introducing Zekey

Say hello to our new animator Mr Zekey (he's not actually here so you don't really need to say hello right now). Picked from the hundreds of applicants, Zekey is from the US, sometimes goes by the name 15fjapan and, unlike a few of those who tried for the job, can actually draw. I find the ability to draw is an advantage when animating. Some of you may know his work already from Newgrounds but for those who do not we bring you one of his toons called Spooky Scary Skeletons.

That title probably isn't news to some of you but it's true today. I thought there was going to be a new cartoon finished today but I've got carried away and have only finished a quarter of it. On top of that there's a script for Weebl and Bob in the offing and several other things. Once more it looks like we need yet another animator to try and stay on top of things.

Basically what I am saying is that I feel bad that the site isn't getting updated as often as I'd like, with the series you chaps and lady chaps like bestest. If any of you fancy getting involved, know Flash well and don't mind working with other peoples drawings then please drop me an email. Perhaps then we can do more than one Weebl and Bob a month, because that's just pants.

Who the hell is Chris Hengler?

So I'm reading about my cartoons on Wikipedia like any self respecting egomanic should when I get to the section on Badger Badger Badger. Apparently someone called Chris Hengler is my friend and scribbled the idea for it on a piece of A4 paper.

Who is this mystery person? I wish to see this mythical piece of A4 in the hope that it may contain more secret knowledge and ideas for popular cartoons. Chris, if you're out there, well done on coming up with Badgers even though we've never met. I'm glad the truth about your valuable input is finally coming out.
