It was "Ice Breaker". Although that required a bit more interaction, rather than just learning the precise order for each level.

I liked the game, but I really disliked the art style. I just don't think it works at all. However, as I said, the game was very good.
Damage
I'm sure I've played something very very similar, involving getting Vikings to their ship by dropping objects in the same way. Nicely executed, but not 100% original, methinks!
