These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Weebls-Stuff online shop (www.weebls-store.com).
This online shop is run by Internova UK Ltd (Internova). Please read through these terms and conditions and if you do not agree with them do not buy goods from this online shop. If you do access the online shop and place an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below.
How to Order
All orders must be placed online through the website using the shopping basket facility provided. Please do not e-mail your card details to us directly. We can&rsqou;t take responsibility for the security of your card details if given this way.
All products on this website are priced in pounds sterling, US Dollars and Euros. For sales delivered to UK addresses prices include VAT at 20%. Postage is extra and dependant on the destination country of the order. The details of these costs can be found in the Postage section of this website.
Unfortunately we do not accept orders from the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Latvia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Morocco, Turkey, Yugoslavia and Indonesia
Method of Payment
You can pay either by VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Switch or Delta. We are unable to accept Electron cards, cheques, cash, or postal orders through the website. Orders will only be processed if you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card together with the postcode / zip code that appears on your card statement. No responsibility can be taken by Internova for incorrect or incomplete details submitted on the website.
Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted.
Goods are delivered by First Class Royal Mail (for UK orders) or Royal Mail Airmail (for orders outside the UK), and are normally dispatched within 3 working days following receipt of your order. The maximum period for delivery is 30 days unless specifically agreed with you separately.
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of reciept of the order please contact Customer Services by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or by telephoning Customer Services on 0800 9520089 quoting your order number.
Out of Stock
It is our aim to maintain stock of all items shown on the website. If any item you have chosen is unavailable you will be contacted via e-mail and given the choice to select an alternative product, or to wait until the items are available for dispatch.
If you have ordered a number of products and one or more of these is out of stock, your delivery note will indicate a part order and goods marked &lsqou;To Follow&rsqou; will be forwarded automatically as soon as they are available.
We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. In the first instance, your complaint may be sent to Customer Services by emailing email@example.com. Alternatively, you may telephone Customer Services on 0800 9520089, between 9am and 5pm (GMT), Monday to Friday.
We aim to acknowledge any complaint made through the website by email within 5 days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter. Telephone complaints will not necessarily be acknowledged by email prior to investigation. Our acknowledgement will always include the name of the person who is handling your case. A likely timescale for resolution will be provided upon request, but this timescale will be dependent upon the specific nature of the complaint.

Internova is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We use this information for website maintenance, order fulfillment and customer services purposes only. Internovawill not give your personal information to any secondary organisations or use it for any purposes other than those stated in these terms and conditions.
To place an order we request contact information for order fulfillment and customer services purposes (such as name, email address, delivery address and telephone number). The information that we collect may be used to contact you in case of difficulty in processing an order or to investigate customer services issues. Internovatakes precautions to protect users' information. The servers on which we collect and store personal information are kept in a secure environment.
Financial information (such as credit card number and expiry date) is collected and held securely by HSBC Bank on our behalf. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill customers' orders. No financial information is stored on our servers.
You may be asked whether you would like to opt in to receive further information about Weebls Store from Internova in the form of an email newsletter. This requires contact information such as name and email address to be retained by us for this purpose. Users who no longer wish to receive further information may unsubscribe to opt-out of receiving these communications by contacting Customer Services by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
